Now dedicated to entrepreneurship through acquisition, Jason leverages his expertise to identify, assess, and grow businesses with strong community impact.

Maria is a commercial finance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and approving commercial business loans. With a background in banking and a degree from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, she has worked on a range of financing solutions, from mid-size business lending to large syndicated deals. At Jadida Capital, Maria applies her financial expertise to evaluating and structuring business acquisitions, ensuring long-term success for the companies they invest in.

Shane is a junior at Santa Clara University, majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. As an intern at Jadida Capital, he focuses on deal sourcing, financial analysis, and due diligence. Born and raised in the Bay Area, he is passionate about supporting local businesses and leveraging his expertise in market research and investment evaluation to drive growth and value creation.
Sage is a finance-focused business student at Northeastern University with a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment strategies, and market research.
